Kristina Mänd-Lakhiani is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, mother, philanthropist, everyday-life philosopher, and woman on her own journey of spiritual growth.

One of the first steps towards full self-acceptance and liberation is to recognize your different roles – even those that don’t represent how you truly feel inside.

  • Identify the ones that make you feel more fulfilled and the ones that you wish you could eliminate.
  • Investigate why you feel the way you feel about each of them and how you switch between them automatically or actively.

How to Show Up Authentically

Today, you’ll explore the “darker” side of your inner self to identify the masks you wear for your various roles.

  • Understand the paradox of masks and how they sabotage your ability to connect and show up authentically.
  • Discover how we have completely misunderstood the concept of authenticity and what it means to be accepted.

Listening to the World vs. Yours Opinions

Now that you understand the paradox of masks ask yourself — how often do you make decisions and lead your life based on what the world expects you to be? In this lesson, you’ll explore the following:

  • Why do many of us tend to be people pleasers?
  • We’ve been led to believe that being truthful is hurtful.
  • The roles that bring you the most pain and conflict.

How to Accept Yourself

When was the last time you found the courage to reveal the deepest parts of yourself to someone close to you?

In this lesson, Kristina will reveal how it’s likely that you’ve always been seen for who you are by others, despite what you led them to believe, and teach you a specific meditation on accepting yourself. You’ll also learn to ask:

How to Deal With Emotions
