Wildfit revolves around “seasonal eating,” in which you periodically eat more or less of one type of food based on what people “back in nature” would have had access to in the different seasons.

You’ll get a lot out of the regular online group chats and conversations with your Coach.

Also, in the beginning, Eric recommends eating 2-3 pieces of fruit on an empty stomach – first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before any other meal.

My stomach doesn’t digest fruit well, so I had to skip this part. I do much better with vegetables than fruit.

Eric claims fruits and vegetables don’t fight diseases. Their absence makes us susceptible to disease.

Some of the videos are too long for me. I like short and to the point. The FAQ Chapters are better than some of the Lesson videos.

Eric also blames the food industry and marketers for the health crisis in America, for which I believe we are responsible for our food choices.

By following the Wildfit Diet, you will gradually eliminate foods that don’t serve your health goals while adding in foods and drinks that will.

“Three months later, and I am a new person!!”

This is an INTENSELY personal post. In February, I began a three-month health journey with the WildFit program. I started The journey at 156 pounds. Three months later, I am a new person!! Used to wake up in the middle of the night to snack on food.

Hell, I would wake up in the middle of the night (several times) and wander around. I struggled to manage my school/life/work balance; my skin was dry, my nails brittle, and my hair was falling out (not balding, but enough that I was concerned). 

I struggled with self-esteem and confidence, and as a result, my friendships and relationships were suffering. 

NOW, I can sleep through an entire evening without interruption! 

My lower back pain is gone, I am more focused at school and have the energy to date again, my self-esteem has improved, my skin has cleared up, and my hair turned violet and hot pink!! (Kidding, we can thank @pravana for that) BUT WAIT, there’s more!!

If all that wasn’t enough, I also managed to shed 12 pounds and have lost 2” off my bust, waist, and hips…and 1.5” off my knees. EVEN MY KNEES WERE FAT!! I couldn’t be prouder of myself for committing (and sticking to) this program.

Since I was a kid, I’ve always been active, but my Achilles heel has always been food. I tend to like foods that aren’t always best for my health. Courses like Wildfit can teach you the psychology behind food addiction and what to do about it.

  3. Variety: The body naturally craves variety to ensure it receives the necessary nutrients. If you feel hungry, try changing your menu to see if you feel more satiated.

  4. Low-Blood Sugar: The rise and fall of our blood sugar after eating low quality sugars can also make us feel hungry, even soon after we eat.

  5. Emotional Hunger: Food is often used to satisfy an emotion, so when we’re emotionally susceptible, we often satisfy our needs through food.

  6. Empty Stomach: Your stomach may feel empty, but it’s simply a feeling – and not one you need to heed.

Like anything in life, you get out of it what you put in and at what level you are at now. If I had taken the Course 20 years ago, I wouldn’t have had the same results I have now.
