The Watchers Are Watching You
The Watchers are not beings from another dimension nor are they Gods or Aliens in the sky. The Watchers are in charge of upgrading consciousness.
They are the technicians, the maintenance men and they are here to fix what is broken and no longer serving the greater good of humanity.
A Watcher scans and crawls our reality for possible flaws and defects. What Watchers pay attention to most is human behavior, how we treat one another and are we serving the greater good of the World.
Shift In Conscious Behavior
Recently we have seen big businesses go under, countries defaulting on their debts, people losing their homes, corporate scandals, and mega-media tycoons getting in trouble and being called in for questioning.
The Watchers have been doing their jobs and they are doing their best to clean up the mess that lower consciousness has created. Watchers are totally “awake” beings. They know that their thoughts create reality, that this reality is but a dream within a dream and that they have total control of themselves and their lives.
The term “Watchers” can be found in the Old Testament Book of Daniel and in the Book of Enoch, they are referred as “fallen angels.”
The term “fallen angels”, conjures of images of men with wings flying in the sky. This is only a metaphor to relay the image that these beings descended from a higher-plane of existence to our plane. This does not mean that they were banned from heaven but instead they chose to come here on a mission.
Remember this passage from the Bible? When men began to multiply on earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw how beautiful the daughters of man were, and so they took for their wives as many of them as they chose.
Then the Lord said: “My spirit shall not remain in man forever, since he is but flesh. His days shall comprise one hundred and twenty years.”
What the “Lord” was saying in the Bible is that the human body had a shelf-life of “one hundred and twenty years” during those times. “My spirit shall not remain in man forever” means that when the body dies, consciousness cannot use it to access this reality. It would be like using a broken computer to access the web, can’t do it.
A Watcher does not punish a person for wrong behavior, it goes after the consciousness that creates the behavior. Watchers jobs are to upgrade consciousness, leaving behind what is out-dated and ineffective.
Consciousness can never cease to exist much like energy, yet it can be transformed. That is why so much corruption is being brought to the spotlight recently. Even the so-called “untouchables” cannot escape the Watchers ability to change consciousness.
The only way to create real change is by bringing lower-consciousness to the spotlight, to the center-stage. Once there, the conscious code will be re-written or updated the same as old software systems on computers are done. Just like old software systems are susceptible to hacks, errors, and flaws, so can outdated consciousness.
It’s Not About Punishment
No one is going to hell for their behavior, remember consciousness dictates behavior. What we are talking about here is awareness. Awareness of ourselves, others and how our behavior affects the whole.
Many have and will be going through an upgrade in consciousness. For those that already have gone through the upgrade, your job is to assist others who cannot understand why their lives have been turned upside down and inside out. This is how a consciousness upgrade appears to the mind.
Many have gone through the upgrade and let me tell you that it isn’t easy for the mind to grasp. The mind deals in logic and reason where as consciousness just is. There are no rules for consciousness because consciousness does not exist entirely on the earth plane. It is everywhere in everything and at every level of reality.
Consciousness is all that there is, everything else is illusion.
The Watcher
There are millions of Watchers existing on our planet at the moment and many more are incarnating during “this time.” Watchers are not always high-profile people. On the contrary they seem like ordinary folk. There is a reason for this. They do not need the attention. Their job is to give attention to what is and not necessarily to receive it.
Watchers are students in your school, employees at your job, friends of yours perhaps. Many do not even know that they are Watchers until the “remembering” or “waking up” occurs. You will know that you are a Watcher when you no longer feel separated from one another. When you remember that when another is suffering so are you.
The All Seeing Eye
Many of you are familiar with the “All Seeing Eye” symbol. You can locate it on a dollar bill on top of the pyramid. This is a symbol for the Watchers. You can also see the eye symbol being used as corporate logos by AOL, CBS and Time Warner.
In the olden days the Watchers were much more up front and visible than they are now. The Watchers have blended in with earth people for many years and now it is more difficult to know who is a Watcher just by looking at them.
Some associate “the all seeing eye symbol” with the Illuminati.
The Illuminati are not so much a group or groups of people but rather they are groups of like-minded consciousness. They have a “hive-mind” which is similar to bees in a colony.
Bees have one objective and that is to obey the Queen, and protect and maintain the hive. The illuminati only cares about protecting its own and you may not be invited to their party.
There are a ton of links on Google for the term “Watchers.” Many offer their own spin on the subject and most of it I would consider negative.
Don’t worry, the Watchers are watching lower conscious beings and the information is being sent back to Source so that the necessary changes can be implemented. No bad deed goes unnoticed.
Lower conscious people are not beggars on the street, drug addicts or sociopaths. Lower-conscious people can be doctors, lawyers, policeman, politicians, businessman, and other “authority” figure types.
They can just as easily be trash men, janitors, teachers and parents. Lower conscious people live solely on the belief of it’s all about me and what’s mine and “screw you.” They don’t much care for others well-being or serving the greater good as a higher-conscious person would.
Lower conscious people are very clever but they are not wise. It takes a clever person to build an Atomic Bomb, but a wise person would never do so.

To those that might understand...
It hurts to be able to feel so much of other people’s pain. It hurts to see the fear, weakness and injustice that cripple those around. It hurts more to have the gift to help and not to be able to reach an individual. It hurts to be a watcher. It is this pain that both separates us and secures us. Without it we would forget our basic aim: to help.
Our dreams are forewarnings. Use them. Our empathy is beyond measure. Trust it. Our understanding is acute. Show it.
Just as the body is full of bacteria and living cells who's aim is to keep one body alive, so are the people to this planet, and the planets to this universe.
Redress it.

Hmmm... is this "watchers" thing in any way related to "becoming the watcher" of your thoughts and such like in meditation?

I would say that watching our thoughts is just as important. Before writing this post I was thinking what if there were people on this planet whose main job/focus was to "watch" what is going on and to help implement any changes that are needed.

What's up Todd,I have two takes on the scripture from the Bible. Yes the Angels/Et's did descend from the heavens and had sex with their earthly creations even though they were not supposed to.
But the other one was the descending from one level of reality to another. I cannot prove either one as fact but it is more interesting than the one they teach us in Sunday school.
Yes, I am a Watcher, someone who had consciously chosen to descend from spirit to incarnate in a human body. I still have to deal with all of the perceived shortcomings of being human though.
Watchers is my label, Conscious awareness would be another. I just like Watchers better.

I was at a Pool party several weeks ago and a guy there who later became a FaceBook friend was talking about Aliens, and other freaky stuff that I enjoy talking about. I was surprised at how many people were interested in the subject.
The main point that I want to stress to other's is to not let the HollyWood depiction of Aliens distort their perceptions.

I believe that we can run a highly conscious business and at the same time earn profits without profits being the sole reason.
Money is just an exchange of value. I am working on trying to change the RSS url in my theme and I have been spending an hour doing so with no such luck. I would be willing to pay someone to do it for me or tell me how because I value my time and sanity.

The Watchers are doing what they can to make a sound monetary system that all will benefit from instead of the elite few.

I was not familiar with this term or the concept, at least as you describe it. Are Watchers what I might think of as light beings or spirit guides? Like Joe, I would not have associated this term with fallen angels. I'm going to do as you suggest and Google it and learn some more. Thanks for a provocative article.

There are many interpretations of the bible and I am giving my perspective on it.
I know the story of the Fallen Angels, perhaps E.T's, that had fallen from the sky.
As much information that is on the net be sure to use discernment and decide what resonates with you, what doesn't, then throw it out.
I had fun writing this post, most of it was channneled except for the Bible verse which I found on wikipedia.

It probably depends on how you conceive of light beings or spirit guides. I suspect a "watcher" is a bit more impersonal--sorta like the angel of death. The angel of death isn't a chatty fellow, he's got a job to do so he does it.
However, I think the "classic" conception of angel has members that seek to elevate consciousness too--but I don't associate them with being strictly watchers. They are a little more multi-purpose.
Watchers was my own term, it came to me, I could have called them observers of "what is happening", but I think that "Watchers" sounded a little more mysterious.
I suspect there are beings that are "watchers" as you suggest, but I don't think that Bible verse is about them. I think that Bible verse is about the "angels" who fell victim to ego--that is to say they wanted their will above Gods. A fallen angel usually denotes "angel gone bad". That's a little different than "angel who's job it is to watch". One plays for the home team, the other for himself.

You mentioned in your comment to Marcus that “Watchers" really don’t like attention and actually bulk at being shoved in the spotlight. That definitely sounds like me. I also hate seeing people suffer and my problem has always been I want to help everyone. Whether it's to give them advice or show them the right way myself. My lessons have been that not everyone is willing to help themselves or do the work. I don't think the people I've personally come in contact with are the types that it's all about them, they just aren't willing to go above and beyond to have a better life. They certainly aren't willing to do the work needed.

Me too, I shy away from the spotlight and it get's even more so as I get older. People that shy away from the spotlight"Watchers" are exactly who we need in the spotlight in leadership roles. It's important that we get out of our own way, we will be called to lead in the new world that is being built as we speak.
There are people that really want and need our help and will do the work needed. Also there are the ones that don't want to do anything, we have to let these people fall without feeling responsible.

Seriously, this post interests me. Reminds me of the movie The Adjustment Bureau where there are men who are given assignments to “fix things” to ensure the lives of people proceeds as planned. It referred to them as angels or caseworkers.

Interesting, I have only heard about watchers as beings / sentient life forms surrounding the planet. I have never heard of this definition before.
I definitely think it is a combination of the consciousness of people on the planet that are awake or aware enough along with others beyond our planet that are protecting us. We could have wiped out the planet or a large percentage or it with the BP Oil Spill and Fukushima very easily (not like these effects of these disasters will not be playing out for many years). We are definitely being assisted.

Watchers have people that have incarnated in human form to get a closer look at things. It's like watching a football game from the stands or being right down on the field where the real action is.
We are all being assisted, many of Mazzastick viewers are Watchers even though you may not call yourself that. The name is just a name that I use but you could easily call yourself a lightworker, an indigo child, a shaman, a wayshower or whatever.

I think consciousness is always 'consciousness of' - for instance of the watchers. So I think consciousness always is but isn't all there is.
What else is there that is real? Everything in our physical world is just decoded bits of information received through our brain.
Another word for infinite consciousness would be love. Not the I love you kind of love but the all that there is creation and life kind of love.
I thought this post would raise a few eyebrows. :)

Watchers watch and observe what is happening here on Earth. They are middleman to the Conscious creator.
On the earth plane we have free will to do whatever we want. But there are still systems in place to observe any imbalances.
The architechts of our society in the metaphysical plane will be given feedback in order to make any necessary changes.
All creation begins in the spiritual level and then manifests itself into the physical.
Your WordPress dashboard where you write your blog posts would be the equivalent to the metaphysical universe.
Your blog url where visitors go to your website would be equivalent to physical reality/the finished product.

Whenever I would see the number sequence 1111 or anything with 11 in it I would use it as a reminder to monitor and adjust my thoughts.

If I know it correctly, the "all seeing eye" is also a masonic symbol. Obviosuly there are many ways to interprete it...I always thought it is scary to be found on dollar bills. I mean what does it suppose to mean-why are they watching and how? Who exactly? Should we be afraid? Maybe some higher force wants to control us. The NWO-New World Order? Guess this is another topic for discussion... Anyway, I didn't realize that watchers are there to upgrade our consciousness. But, as you say, since are all around us, the way we approach to people is something that can upgrade our behavior in general.
The masons borrowed the all-seeing eye symbol. It comes from the "eye of Horus," or the "eye of Ra."
It goes back to Ancient Egypt and perhaps as far back as ancient Babylon.
The last thing that you want to be is afraid. Lower vibrations like fear attract lower vibrational beings and events.
There are perceived "good guys" and "bad guys" in this game but the end of power for the bad guys is about to come to an end.
I will write another post about the beings that live in a frequency range just out of human perception, there is no power source there or food for that matter, they feed/survive off of lower vibrational energy such as fear, guilt, hate, greed and so on.

I have a sinister/creepy side, wait until I share some of my interesting experiences in parallel realities and astral adventures.
For me, watching my thoughts is crucial even though I am no Jedi Master at it yet. What I found as an even better way of gauging my thoughts is how I feel.
How we feel for the most part determines what we have been consistently focusing on, unless we ate an atomic burrito with extra hot peepers on it. :)

I agree that "watchers" are not necessarily high profile people who require attention. I believe anybody who still needs validation externally to such an extreme extent came here to learn how to transcend a particular brand of ego. In fact it's more likely that watchers are the least high profile types around.
